Our new Shanghai studio brings together the people, ideas and expertise shaping the next generation of city-making. Located on Level 6 at Park Avenue Central (PAC) in Jing’an District, the studio is open, welcoming and grounded in the life of the city and the precinct below — a vibrant, community-oriented destination proudly shaped by Hassell. Marking a new chapter for our Shanghai practice, the studio is connected to our global network, and focused on creating sustainable, commercially resilient places that are ready for the future. Through the thoughtful reuse of furniture and fixtures from our previous home, it also puts Hassell’s regenerative approach into practice.
