上海事务所位于富有活力的徐汇区，这里曾为法租界的地块。在事务所所在的12楼，上海的城市景观一览无余。开放和协作的办公空间凸显了Hassell — 甚至是上海的鲜明特质。
事务所的露天平台提供了放松小憩的空间、赏心悦目的景观，也是客户会面和各种活动（例如：激烈的乒乓球对战）的重要场所。位于事务所中心的茶水间和另一个小型露台的重要性也不可小觑，因为众多的大创意都是在这些小空间诞生的。
