Its curvilinear geometry echoes the landscape with a series of winding terraces featuring mini amphitheatres and places to sit and relax.

The design preserves the existing water axes, centring a new concert hall and art gallery around a circular plaza. This plan seamlessly transitions from the low-rise waterfront buildings to urban high-rises.
