Warren Birchall

Warren oversees risk management at Hassell, covering everything from company secretarial work to insurance to commercial contract negotiation.

He works closely with our board and leads a team of contract administrators and commercial and legal staff.

Warren’s background in financial services saw him originally join our Perth studio as an Operations Manager before taking up his current role in Melbourne.

He’s a strong believer in good corporate governance as the foundation of any business, and he brings an eye for detail to everything he does.
