With more than 20 years’ experience across Australia and the UK, Yong brings a grounded, considered approach to complex mixed-use, commercial, education and multi-residential projects. He has extensive adaptive reuse experience, unlocking the latent potential of existing buildings and reimagining their future. 

Yong believes the best outcomes emerge through strong, collaborative partnerships. Practical by nature, he sees design as an iterative process, shaped through careful listening, open dialogue and rigorous review, so ambition remains aligned with commercial and operational realities.
