Rosie Morley

Finding new ways to solve problems and creating better environments for humans to thrive brings me joy. I love the constant creative momentum of design — it’s a continuum of learning!”

With over 20 years of experience in Australia and the UK, Rosie is a passionate interior designer and design communicator who has worked on major national and international projects in the hospitality, commercial and residential sectors.

A keen problem solver and innovative thinker, Rosie’s design approach is underpinned by deep research and experience, and expressed in heartfelt, human-centred design outcomes.

An active presence in the design community, she is a regular speaker, panellist and jury member at industry events and awards and a contributor to major design publications and mainstream media. She also works as a mentor and tutor with design students at RMIT University in Melbourne.

Outside of the studio, Rosie enjoys bringing new life to old buildings. Among them is her home, a former derelict heritage pub that sits on 17 acres in the Hepburn Shire, Victoria, Australia, that she and her husband restored into an off-grid haven for them, their son and 22 sheep, two dogs and a cat.

Having started her career as an architecture assistant at Hassell in 2003, Rosie has come full circle, returning in 2024 as a Principal at our Melbourne studio.
