Richard Mullane joins San Francisco advocacy group

Hassell Principal Richard Mullane has been tapped to join a new program aimed at promoting smart, responsible development in the San Francisco Bay Area.

The Climate SMART Development Endorsement Program - set up by the Greenbelt Alliance - advocates for projects that reflect priorities such as climate resilience, easy transit access and a wider range of housing choices for all Bay Area residents.

A driving force behind our work on the Resilient by Design Bay Area Challenge, Richard is based in San Francisco, where he leads Hassell’s Environment & Communities sector.

For the Climate SMART program, he’ll join a panel of advisors spanning fields including design, environment and transport.
