GSK亚洲总部投入使用

GSK亚洲总部于五月正式投入运营,共800名员工搬入了他们的新家 – 从员工和GSK的反馈来看,该亚洲总部实现了GSK的目标愿景。

“GSK亚洲总部实现了人与人之间的透明度及联系感,并为以前不曾碰面的同事创造了偶遇的契机。效果非常好。”GSK副总裁及亚太及全球地产及设施负责人Paul Rogers说道。

“在这一工作环境中,不仅人能够自由走动,创意和想法也能自由产生 – 不限于本地,更能与全球各分部交流。”

GSK希望这一定制的新亚洲总部能够展现其以知识、学习及创新为基础的企业文化,并成为该地区健康和福祉的“楷模”。

HASSELL作为GSK亚洲总部的建筑概念方案设计、景观设计及室内设计顾问,充分利用了我们全球领先的办公设计专长和经验以及新加坡事务所团队的当地知识,与GSK的团队紧密合作将上述愿景转变为现实。

我们设计的这幢六层楼建筑旨在打造一个能够在快速扩张的市场中培养高效能组织的环境。

通过配备最先进的科技,GSK亚洲总部能够满足该组织高度移动的办公需求。开放的办公区域加上员工咖啡厅、健身房及多样化的休闲空间,鼓励员工进行更多体育及社交活动。

“HASSELL在考虑项目设计方案时采用了‘由内向外’的方式,先仔细研究是哪些要素激励和吸引GSK的员工,然后在此基础上设计出灵活、开放、层次丰富的总部园区,将员工的期盼体现在其周围的办公环境中。”HASSELL董事及项目领导Peter Dean说道。

GSK亚洲总部位于新加坡快速发展的生物医学、科技及研发社区,坐落在景观丰富的热带公共空间中,周围是经改造的殖民时期遗留下的国家历史遗产别墅群。

大楼具有独特的建筑外形,马蹄型的楼层环绕中庭呈阶梯式拾级而下,使人们之间联系更加便利。

底层对公众开放、有助于更好地与景观和当地社区融合。呼应基地文脉的外立面和屋顶平台以及瀑布式层叠的空中花园景观等也是项目的设计亮点。
