Xinxiang Cultural Tourism Center’s ‘Ice cubes’ are the architectural landmark of the new tourist district, which will be dedicated to winter sports, including a future indoor ski slope. Hassell’s Shanghai studio delivered the landscape design and water terrace for this city-shaping project. There is continuity between the building and “the lake, “on which the building seems to float.
