Marta Pozo
“My goal is to translate my international experience into regenerative design - working across architecture, landscape, and urban thinking to shape truly connected environments.”
With over 20 years’ international experience and a passion for regenerative design and urban transformation, Marta Pozo leads Hassell’s architecture team in Shanghai. Across architecture, master plans and interiors, she’s designed public spaces, mixed-use and commercial developments, cultural destinations and residential projects. Shaped by her work with multidisciplinary teams across Asia and Europe, one of her strengths lies in her collaborative approach, reinforced by leadership roles at practices MVRDV, AIM Architecture, and UNStudio. Known for her conceptual clarity, commitment to sustainability and her ability to innovate, Marta believes architecture is action — an opportunity to create richer, more connected communities. And at Hassell, she’s building bridges between diverse perspectives, delivering projects that regenerate both environment and urban life in China and beyond.
