Highest sustainability rating awarded to Sixty Martin Place
Sixty Martin Place - the 33-level tower in Sydney’s CBD - has officially achieved a 6 Star Green Star rating.
The project has been awarded 6 Stars under Green Star Design & As-Built v1 2020 by the GBCA, representing world leadership in building, design, and construction.
The project began as an international design competition awarded in December 2014, followed by a four-year construction period by Lendlease. Sixty Martin Place was designed by us, developed by Investa Commercial Property Fund (ICPF) and Gwynvill Group (Gwynvill), with consultants Savills Australia.
