We are seeking an experienced User Support (Levels 1 – 2) engineer with proven expertise in supporting operational technology services across multiple sites nationally and internationally.

This role is based in our Melbourne studio, so experience working autonomously, following group processes and procedures is a great advantage.

About you
Over your five-plus years’ experience in service desk/user and desktop support, you have developed a strong client focus with excellent customer service skills and strong sense of urgency – partly due to your excellent time management and prioritisation skills.

This is a minimum six month contract opportunity, with both full-time and part-time applications considered.

Key skills and experience:

We call the role Studio Coordinator, but it’s more accurately described as ‘the face of HASSELL’. Enthusiastic, ever-professional and passionate about design, you’re the linchpin who sets the tone for the studio culture. We would initially want you and your excellent skills on a part time, job share basis (five-day fortnight), moving into full time from October on a 12-month contract.

About you

You’re known as the go-to person and you can’t help being helpful, so providing a professional and enthusiastic service is second nature to you – whether it’s to our clients or the professional staff across different design disciplines in the studio.

The daily tasks are a cinch – maintaining front of house and using your slick organisation and prioritisation skills to manage a busy reception desk with consummate professionalism – but it’s the extra mile you’ll go to that sets you apart. No task is too left field and no request too difficult for this Studio Coordinator!

You’re knowledgeable about design and creative industries (with design qualifications or employment history a bonus) and with your approachable, friendly nature you can easily answer questions about HASSELL.

Senior Associate QP

The role

Our Singapore studio is looking for an experienced Architect who is registered with the Singapore Board of Architects (BOA) and has a valid practising certificate issued by the BOA with strong delivery skills to join our team.  You will work across stages on large projects in the urban infrastructure sector, including commercial control of our contract, design development as part of a consultant team, technical documentation, the oversight of submissions for Technical Departments and Statutory Boards, and the monitoring of quality on site.
