The Role

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Health Architect to be part of the ongoing design and delivery of the industry leading health projects currently being undertaken in our studio and also to become involved in shaping the strategic direction and pursuit of new projects for the sector.   

This is a key role in the continuing evolution of our Health Sector team working closely with our local and inter-state design leaders. We require an individual with design and delivery experience working on high-quality hospital projects.  Excellent creative design and design management skills, in-depth experience working on major hospital projects and design coordination skills essential. 

About You

You will demonstrate an enthusiasm for design, creative thinking and enjoy working as part of the wider architecture team.  You will have solid project management experience and strong documentation skills with great collaboration and communication skills.

We’re looking for a BIM Manager with strong experience in large scale projects and exceptional Revit skills to join our Brisbane team.

_Business document preparation and support, including capability statements, tender submissions, fee proposals, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
_Proactive local and global internal communication in the process of business document preparation to ensure accuracy and quality delivery of submissions
_Effective co-ordination with external parties including tender agency and consultant partners to ensure timely delivery of submissions
_Co-ordination with communications team for submission materials updates, including project sheets, designer CVs, and other marketing collateral as necessary
_Business document filing and management on internal server
_Other administrative tasks assigned by Team Leader

 About you

_Two to three years’ business development and proposal experience in design or related industries
_Good attention to detail and ability to use own initiative and perform duties under limited supervision
_Ability to multitask, proactive and willing to learn
_Good Mandarin and English verbal, written and communication skills
_Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, MS Excel / PowerPoint, InDesign essential with strong desktop publishing desirable
_Knowledge of Photoshop is a big advantage 
_Experience in CRM system or quick to learn

Business Support Assistant/Coordinator
