华润集团深圳湾办公总部成为新地标

HASSELL近期为中国华润集团进行了位于深圳湾的新总部办公室的室内设计。

总部办公室的设计由我们室内设计团队与华润集团的子公司 - 华润置地共同协作完成,项目面积达19,000平方米,占据了大楼的17层楼,办公大楼的建筑由KPF建筑事务所设计。办公总部将设有前台接待中心、高层办公室、多样化的工作空间、会议中心及多功能天空大厅。

项目一经建成,将有约数百名华润员工搬入沿中庭而设置的多样化办公空间,包括开放式、封闭式及协作式。

“华润委托HASSELL为其新的全球总部进行设计,因为我们的国际专业背景和领先的办公设计经验,以及我们在中国长期稳定的表现,对于市场需求有着深刻的了解。”HASSELL董事Tom Herron表示。

办公空间反映了华润集团的新增长,客户希望办公总部能够低调地展现出企业的决心,并向全世界展示华润集团关注深圳 - 成熟并具有活力的全球贸易枢纽。

设计策略的核心部分为为员工打造一致的企业文化,并将建筑外观的大体量渐渐过渡到亲密的人与人之间的关系,以人为本的空间。

我们与客户进行了深度的设计讨论,共同得出了项目的设计方向 - 单独设计的办公空间无法与夺人眼球的建筑外形相抗衡,因此我们需要结合建筑来进行室内的设计。60米高朝着西面的中庭是设计的中心,将自然光利用最大化,并引入整个空间。核心筒西侧设置质感自然的材质,一路沿中庭而上 - 这一特点代表了入驻本办公总部所有子公司的统一,视觉上同时也代表了华润集团与自然资源的联系。

该项目为HASSELL为华润集团进行的2,400平方米的展示中心项目(位于同一幢大楼)后的公开招标中标所得。展示中心旨在吸引大楼的其它租户并尝试使用华润置地打造的办公空间。
