Covering more than 100 hectares, University Hill offers a rare opportunity to establish a new, mixed-use urban village within 20 kilometres of Melbourne's CBD. Located on the old Janefield Hospital site, the urban design of University Hill is a direct response to the social and economic needs of the north of Melbourne and to the physical and contextual influences of the adjacent Plenty River. The master plan responds to the natural characteristics of the land and addresses the important interface between the natural and urban environments.
