Across Magazine featured Cuisine Cuisine Beijing, China as one of their top 10 restaurants for enjoying this Lunar New Year’s dinner. Designed by HASSELL, Cuisine Cuisine Beijing features three interesting colours to represent modern Beijing and its rich history and culture. Gold symbolises culture and history in the Forbidden City, red denotes the lifestyle of the officials and the rich, while grey embodies street life in Beijing’s Hutongs.
