HASSELL获颁深圳“一户•百姓•万人家”保障房设计赛佳作奖
HASSELL于今年初获得了深圳一项社会保障房设计竞赛佳作奖。
作为2011年深圳•香港城市/建筑双城双年展的一部分，本次设计竞赛要求提供与以下三个思考范围有关的概念——一户·百姓·万人家——全面涵盖城市设计与规划、建筑设计和室内设计。
HASSELL的参赛作品得到了综合设计和总体规划（万人规划）的佳作奖，并入围所参加的全部设计类别的决赛。
背景
为了适应社会的快速城市化，中国在2011年颁布的十二五计划制定了一项目标，在2015年之前提供3600万套新建社会保障房。深圳分配下来的任务是同期建设保障房24万套，为80万人提供住房保障。
作为中国经济改革先锋，深圳在过去的40年间经济增长了400倍，政府为此提供了大量投资，大量劳动力从全国各地移居到此。这座城市拥有大量的暂住劳动人口，其中大部分为年轻人，特别是单身女性。大部分居民背井离乡，疏远了从前的人际网，从中国各地来到这座南方城市。城市空间迅速枯竭，可为未来人口增长提供住房的土地十分有限。对水等自然资源的需求成为城市可持续发展的关键问题。
HASSELL的方案
我们的方案采用了"互惠生活"的概念——意味着人们能够互动，分享经历和空间，培养更强烈的社区氛围。这一概念可应用于项目的所有三个层面。
在总体规划（"万人"规划）层面，我们延伸了项目要求的范围，将社会保障房以外的功能也纳入其中。每一个社会保障房开发项目都提供一系列的共享功能——例如零售、市场大厅、剧院、艺术工作室和展览空间——在基地中央打造富有活力的活动中心。设计打破了原居民和新居民之间的社会隔阂，改变了城市对社会保障房的观念，并为周边小区做出积极贡献。
在建筑层面上（"百姓"策略），居民共享设施进行垂直叠加（而不是水平放置），使居民可以便捷地利用这些设施。这些空间——包括健身中心和会议室、课业空间、小型公园和温室——在居民之间促进了一种强烈的社区氛围，同时为建筑创造独一无二的设计解决方案。
在单一住户层面（"一户"设计），个人空间的灵活性和适应性被列入考虑。在常规的结构网格内（用以减少成本和施工时间），公寓设计可进行优化以适应日间或年间不断变化的生活方式。单独的公寓可与更大的公寓结合，从而适应家庭规模扩大的需要，而家具可进行折叠从而将起居室变为卧室。结果就是一座更加稳定的社区，公寓满足了居民在不同人生阶段的不断变化的需求。设计还激发了居民保护生活环境的强烈责任感，这在社会保障房开发项目中通常未加考虑。
